My mom Minnie "Betskal" was born in Hafford, Sask. She was the youngest daughter of Stefen and Warawa (Michaelenko) Betskal (Betzkal, Byckato (1906 census)Batskota (1911 census). She had 9 other siblings, George (Yurko) being the oldest (bd 1894?)born in Horendenko, Ukraine. The other siblings were Mary, Bill, Nick,Belle, Pearl, Dick,John and Mike.
