Jonathan Haralson, husband of Clara Browning, served as a private in the Revolutionary War with the North Carolina troops and was granted land in Greene County, Georgia for his services in the War. He moved to Greene County, Georgia and was Lt. of the 1st Battalion Regiment of Militia in that state March 27, 1793.
I have them having another son, William Browning Haralson, who married Susan Cola Gordon, daughter of Francis Gordon and Elizabeth Wells (Betsy) Caperton.
