yes, I found Frank in the 1910 census. it is Mabel/Polly I can't find. we are beginning to wonder if Howard was not her maiden name. we have noticed that the oral 'family history' has a lot of errors in it and the 1930 and 1940 census where she was the reporter, contained 'errors' that she herself reported! so grandma was not always truthful, it happens!
