I am doing genealogy research on my ancestor Peter Snider. In a book Washington County Tennessee Deeds 1775-1800 there is a section "Land Sales Proven in Court". In the May 1796 term of court, the following entry is recorded:

Peter Snider and his wife, Elizabeth, to John Legsby, 11th part of 206 A. in Dauphin Co., Pennsylvania; Elizabeth was examined separately.

This sounds as if it could be a sell of property inherited or jointly owned by 11 people. I would like to get a copy of this record and any other documents associated with it, especially if it involved settlement of an estate.
