You have the mitochondrial DNA of your mother Clarice and she has the mtdna of her mother and her mother and her mother and so on. Since you have a male between you and Elizabeth, you are not in the strict line of female descendancy from her.
You miss by one generation as your mtDNA would come through Nancy Coleman and her mother and her mother and so on. Nevertheless, it would be interesting for you to have your own mtDNA tested to show your ancient origins.
Of the six daughters of Elizabeth I think the best line to trace would be the daughters of Elizabeth's daughter Dinah Piatt Thornburg. There is more written on the Thornburgs than on the families that the other daughters married into.
