Jesse Wilson md. Jane Gentry and they lived in Buncombe Co. in western NC
Jesse wilson joined 54th nc in May. 1861 , he then transferred to the 2nd NC infantry batallion [Junius Daniels Brigade].He served under Stonewalls corp.He was 43 years old when he enlisted.I figure he joined because he had 3 sons that enlisted.Jonathan co. c of the 60th reg., james avery wilson co c of the 60th, Milus co b 16th nc infantry.
