I have Donald McDougall born about 1765 d 1835. He married Mary MacKay and they lived at conc 8 lot 12 Charlottenburg. I wonder if your Peter and my Donald were related. Their daughter Mary married Donald McDougall and they had a son Peter (I think). I have to check the will as Peter wasn't his first name. Is it possible that your Peter also had a different first name?
