Hello there. I am grateful for your info on a part of your family tree (CHENG). It helped me fill some pieces in my search for info on my family tree (FOO).

My great grandfather is FOO, CHOO-CHOON. He was the "Tin King of Malaya" that you described. His son FOO, MEOW-CHIN is my grandfather and his two sons are FOO, PETER YEW-HONG (my dad) and FOO, BOBBY YEW-ONN.

I have asked my dad if he remembers CHUNG, SENG-KEE's daughter name who married my great grandfather.

Another piece of the puzzle that I have been looking for is the tie-in with my mom's side of the family tree (KHOO). I know she is related to KHOO, THEAN-TEIK. His son KHOO, YUN-YEANG and my great grandfather were benefactors to the Methodist Boy's School in Penang back in the day.
