I would be very interested in the book on the history of Challis. My G-Grandmother was Frances Cooper, daughter of Timothy and Bertha Cooper. Frances was married to Charles Ernst Sr. They have some rather seedy history in and around Challis around 1917. The only pictures I have of them is their prison mug shots. I'd be happy to share information I have or recieve information anyone else has. I know that Charles was friends with old Bill Sullivan. Also, if any pictures show up of the Ernsts or Coopers I would love to see them.
