I don't know if this will help...but my husband's line of Wallers have been in Edgar County since 1863. William Waller Sr. and his wife (Margaretta Grimm) moved to the area from Middleton (Hamilton) Ohio. Of the 7 children they had, one was named Frank F., who was born May 25, in Middleton, OH.) and died March 27,1937. One of his sons was named Francis Cyril, born Nov. 25,1891 and died July 2, 1975. In my copy of "The Waller Family History", Francis Cyril, is referred to as Cyril, so I'm not sure if either one would be "your" Francis. The Wallers who settled in Dudley were devout Roman Catholics, so I feel certain that they would have been buried in the St. Mary's Catholic cemetary in Paris, IL. which is the county seat of Edgar Co. Also, my husband's uncle Gene Waller, who helped put the "Family history" together, probably donated a copy to the local genealogical society in Paris.
