Thanks for this info - I've extracted some of the Personal Property Tax Lists (PPTL) from Hampshire Co, VA, but it's almost impossible to sort out all the WELCHs - I do believe they are all from the same family line.
Do you know any of the children of Benjamin WELCH who married Mary BARTLETT and lived in Harrison Co, VA?
