Do you have any info on the Oakes family in North Georgia. I believe my gggrandfather was named Jesse William Oaks or Oakes, and His wife was Betty. It is believed she was full indian, and he was from England. I would like to know his ancestry or hers if possible. They had several children, Luther and Louis were twins, Della, Eunice and a few others I can't name right now. Please let me know.
