This is a considerable time later than when you posted the July 22, 2004 message concerning the Wassenich lines. I am a descendant of the Wendel Wassenich (Wasnich)born 13.01.1808 who married Philippina-Marie Bauer and settled in Williams County, Ohio. I was interested in the book you said you were working on about the family and am writing to discover where in the process of writing the book you might be. I am interested in the stories of this family especially during the time they were in St. Wendel. I hope you are still involved with this message board.
