Has anyone ever heard of any of these names???? All of the people I know of in my family tree lived in Nospelt. I have information spanning the 1700s to the late 1800s when my ancestors immigrated to the US. Thanks.

My mother is interested in tracing her father's (Henry Schoenberg)roots. Henry died in Great Falls, MT in 1921. He also lived in Wilno and Ivanhoe, MN. It is our understanding that he originally came from Bianiden, Luxembourg.

GENGLER:
MICHELS, LINGER, LENGER, HAUSMANN, THELEN, HETEBRUEG,
OLLINGER, FISCHER

I have just found out that some of my collateral lines are related to the GENGLER's.
There were three GENGLER's who signed my great grandfather's (Dr. Joseph
LINGER) funeral book back in 1941.

Yesterday, I was able to get up to the Washington County Courthouse in West
Bend, Wisconsin. It appears that the Gengler's may have settled in that County in or
around the Town of Trenton.

Other related names may include: MICHELS, LINGER, LENGER,
HAUSMANN, THELEN, HETEBRUEG, OLLINGER, and FISCHER.

I am also very interested in any families who settled/lived in an area of Milwaukee
County known as GRANVILLE and ENGELSBERG. Some attended a a mission
church (St. Martin's) on what is now Appleton Ave..the church is no longer in
existence, but the cemetery is still there. I am told that the church records are in the
keeping of St. Agnes Church in Butler...originally it was a mission extension of St.
Anthony's in Fussville, Waukesha County.

I would be interested in exchanging information with you, however, I will be
relocating shortly after Christmas (Dec 26th 2001-January 7th 2002). My address
after that time will be:
snokes@tscnet.com

snail mail:
Susan
27532 State Hwy 3 NE
Poulsbo, WA 98370

I look forward to hearing from you (or anyone other researchers possibly related to
this line) who may read this in the future.

My grandfather Clarence Schoenberg had a father named Henry (married to Katherine Anderjack) who I understand was in Ivanhoe, Mn. My gfather was the 11th child of 12. His parents died early and most of the children lived in an orphanage. Write me at anbussiere@msn.com
