Sue,
This is interesting information.... First let me give you some background. I descend from James Wesley Aills who married Matilda Carr in E Feliciana Parish on April 24, 1827. She is believed to be the daughter of Cornelius Carr. No proof yet.
James Wesley Aills was in E Feliciana Parish during the same time frame as Zaccheus Aills who married Ann G Goode. Many Aills researchers are trying to find the parents of these 2 Aills men and trying to find out IF they are brothers. Zaccheus bought some land from Cornelius Carr in Pike Co., MS.
I do have the names Zaccheus Aills and Anne G. Good. My information is that Zaccheus died in Copiah Co. MS Oct 26, 1869 and his wife Ann G. Goode died in Copiah Co. MS July 29, 1949.
I don't have the other spelling you have on the Z Aills. I have a Walker Aills in E Feliciana Parish at the same time as Zaccheus and James Wesley but I believed Walker to have married Martha McClendon in Amite Co. MS on Oct 19, 1821, and then I believed he moved to Union Co. AR.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would look up the Z Aills and Walker Aills. This may be a brand new twist on the Aills men in E Feliciana Parish that we can't wrap our arms around.
I hope I have explained this well enough for you to understand. If it would be easier for you, you're welcome to email me directly at San66Zen@aol.com.
Thanks so very much
Sandra
