All the Beggs in my family tree came from Co Monaghan, S Ireland. My great grandfather John Waugh BEGGS was born in 1864. I do not know if he had siblings. Your James BEGGS was born around the same time. You have not given me enough information about him to be able to know if he might be a relative.
