I really appreciate this. Epsey's maiden name was Matthews and she first married Turner Weaver who died as a result or wounds or something during the Civil War. She had two surviving young boys and moved to Alabama where she met and married James Burkett who was considerably older than she. Epsey became Charity Burkett Parkers step mother. Epsey was born in 1824 and Charity was born in 1808. One of Epsey's young boys was Joe Cephus Weaver who married one of Charity's daughters, Marrtha Missouri Parker. Joe Cephus and Martha Missouri are my great grandparents. This is really a curious relationship.
