OK, I did misunderstand a little. Are you saying the FTDNA and 23andMe match download files that gedmatch triangulation uses does contain some DNA info - at least the about the largest/total matching segments? In that case, that info is defintely not provided by ancestryDNA, so the third party utility won't be able to get it. To be honest, I doubt they will provide that any time soon.
What this means is the main reason somebody would use the triangulation routine is if they did not want to upload all their DNA to your site. Otherwise, they would just use "people who match" function.
