Have found that Susan was the dtr of Absalom Tankersley (b. 1867 in NC, d. after 1880)and Sarah Booth (b. 1772 in GA) born 1789. Absalom is the son on William Tankersley and Martha Nelson. William is the son of Richard Tankersley, Jr who married Elizabeth Fountain (Fountaine) and she was born in 1717. Richard Jr is the son of Richard Sr and Margaret Rowland.
