Bellflower is still about the way you described it. The main street is Bellflower Blvd. The city is surrounded by the communities of Lakewood on the South, Cerritos and Norwalk on the East, and Paramount on the West. Sorry, I can't remember what towns are to the north. I grew up in Lakewood and lived in the area for 25 years.
