I assume that date is January 28, 1950? So I am gonna search for all the ADOPTED males born on that date and you will have to make contact with each one of them to see IF they MIGHT be your brother. Email me AND I will send them to you.
But Remember IF this date is NOT correct.......NONE of them will be your brother.

The birth mothers name will NOT be on the AMENDED births. They are only listed on the original births.
