Wendell Hooper has Jemima born 2 Apr 1833. Since Andrew & Margaret were not married until 14 Oct 1837, Wendell's Jemima must not be their daughter.

I did find a Jemima Johnson in 1910 census in Henderson Co., NC, with a dau, Ethel, the right age.
