I know this thread is old but I have been searching for George Henry Pugh for many years now. I am guessing when I say Georges' fathers' name may have been Henry. The only reason for that is because of the way they took names back then. I found other information his mothers' name was Rosa. I also understand he is half Native American. I believe either Cherokee or Chickasaw. Della was 12 when she first married. I have some info on all of them. Della is also Native American. Her mother Sarah was also a half-breed. I understood George was a "son of a gun" accourding to my grandmother Vera Cato. With many relatives deceased it is difficult to trace. Any info on George Pugh would be great!
