I am trying to figure out what to do right now. I have contacted my bank, but like you, don't have much faith in a favorable resolution.
So far, I have filed a complaint with the BBB, joined a FB page (

http://www.consumer-action.org/helpdesk/ ) to file another complaint.
$79.95 might not be a lot of money, and OGF may think people are going to continue to allow this. But, guess what? It's MY money, and yours, and hundreds (if not thousands) of other people who feel they have no recourse. I am going to do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure somebody takes a good, long look at this company.
