That would be in Albert's Village information. "Nemet" is a Hungarian prefix in the name of a number of villages, but I'm not certain it had to do with border changes and is simply the Hungarian name for the place.
I can't really help you much with the Windisch's and Fasching's as I haven't done any research on them, but can tell you that the families all lived in an area ~50 miles from Minneapolis.
