Capt Bill Strong was an uncle of my g grandfather who lived at WHICK KY NOT far from Sulpher Gap where Capt Bill was ambushed and killed. I had the pleasure of attending the rededication of the old Strong burring grounds in April 00.
I found several of my ancesters burried there. Also thanks to Steve Bowling I had A chance to visit the Grave sights of Robert and Rachel Strong who were my GG Grandparents.
Robert was the brother of Capt Bill. I would love to have pictures and info on this family. Also have info to share.
