im not shure what side of alabama she came from,there is a river on east and west side of alabama g.a. and mississippi the moore family lived in henry county,...but the father moses woeked in marengo,alabama,posibly william could have went there to see his daddy and met tabitha there or on the other river east alabama,i know he met her on a river boat,they used to trade thred made from cotton at gordon,on the river, a days ride from ashford alabama,the family worked on the bill tindle plantation but i dont know where its located,,if she is from sw ala she is choctaw but if from s.e.ala shes creek,or both,...i believe williams mother was creek also,her and moses may be on the daws rolls ,also choctaw rolls have a fuew stringfellows and one rebecca stringfellow,from alabama,but i dont know how to acses ,tulsa oklahoma 1835 1840 census records,give me a shout if ya find anything out
