Hi James, Thanks for the response. Yes, the Thomas you mention was one of mine but was the son of the grandfather that I am trying to track down. His father and mother (my ggrandfather and ggrandmother) are both listed as buried in the cemetery at the St. John's Anglican church in Lancaster and I do intend to visit there this summer. I have been through the Ontario Archives marriage index records and I cannot find them married there. I have also been through the index for births and can only find one child registered, Francis (Frank). I cannot find Thomas and family in a 1891 census. If I could I'm sure it would tie things down a bit better. Again thanks for the response, Keith.
