I have found a Death in Scotland in 1966 James GilmourD Murdoch
No Image available but almost certain thats Marys husband

I have both Mary and Elizabeth born in Scotland
Does the Australian Elect Roll give country of Birth ? .....I Wonder
Does Mary show up on the Elect Roll ?

Lots of new information for me to be going on with at this end
