John, I have a Amy C. Reynolds who married John Webb Jr. He Sept. 8, 1876. This is from the Campbell County listing 1838-1881 marriages. John was the son of John and Martha Harrell/Herrell Webb. Children of this marriage were Art Webb and John Quince Webb. There may have been others that I am not aware of. If this is your Webb family then there is a definite connection as John Jr. had a brother Charles Preston who was my great great grandfather.

On the other hand we are related as Hannah Bullock was a sister of my 3rd great grandfather Francis Bullock. These two along with other children were children of John Bullock and Elizabeth Hatmaker Bullock. Hannah first married Elisha Adkins. Elisha and Hannah married 2-3-1847. She then married J. Quincey Reynolds on July 17, 1859. In 1880 Census of Campbell County there were Melinda 18, Andrew 16, Franklin 14, Aaron 13 and William 10.

Hello Cathi! I believe James Hatmaker and Sophia Cooper had a son named Richard Isaac Hatmaker, who was married to Amanda Sharp. I believe Richard and Amanda may be my great-grandmother's (Salley Ann Hatmaker) parents, am working on the link. I am not sure, but I think I read a posting on the Hatmaker message board about a Hatmaker being shot in a duel, may have been Richard Isaac. Don't quote me on that, but I think that is what I read. Go to Hatmaker message board and read through the messages, I know that is where I saw it. Sorry I couldn't be of more help! .........CJH
