Thank you for your E-mail, it is interesting to note that your grandfather was also a wheelwright.I didn't realise that Dymotts were also in Southend, Essex - I have been living in Essex since 1971 not too far from Southend. If you can find out a contact name I would be very interested in finding out more. I can't recall coming across your grandfather's name during my search do you have a family tree you could send as it would be interesting to see if there are any connections as Southend is not so far from Plumstead/Woolwich where my later family are from. You could also contact Melita Heaney as she is interested in tracing the Dymotts from the London area. Melita has been very helpful!
