Carol Ann,
Nora Tabor is Charles Dewey's half sister. Nora's mother was Amanda Elmore, the first wife of William Samuel Tabor. His second wife was Lou Alta Pressley. Charles Dewey was the third child from this marriage. I think Nora is buried in Nashville but I don't have a death date.
