Charles, I have studied the information on George Webb and many believe that he was the father of John Bullock Webb. Where and what proof is there that the John Webb that you mention is actually the one who brought 4 sons to TN. How do we prove that he is in fact the father of George? Which John Webb do you descend from? Mine is as mentioned above, John Bullock Webb who married Martha Jane Harrell. I would love to hear more about this possible solution to the parentage of John B.
