Louise Henriette Mercredi - born Feb 11 1906 in Fort Chipewyan, Alberta was the daughter of Joseph Mercredi and Julianne Laviolette. She was one of 9 children. She married Ernest Michel in 1922 in Fort Chipewyan, Alberta and she died Dec 14 1926 in Fort Smith, NWT. She is buried at St Isidore's Cemetary in Fort Smith. She had 2 daughters: Caroline Adeline (Nina) Born July 30 1923 and Marie Alphonsine (Alphonsine) born Oct 24 1925.
