Hello my name is Stephanie and my grandmother is Philomena Caranci (maiden name). Her father's name was John P. Caranci and married a third cousin I believe. Her name was Rose Caranci. Both of their mothers had a maiden name of Mancini. Let me know if Charles and Georgiana Caranci ring a bell. My father, Robert Ewart was born in Providence R.I. and lived there for quite some time before his family moved to California. I do have family in Rhode Island that I have never met and will one day. But I would like to try and see if there was any connection here. My dad had a great uncle named Antonio that he called Tony and his last name was Caranci!
