Looked at all the links provided.
Now I have the name of the Coal Mine on his SS-5 form, and from the other data, I see why the family migrated to Chicago.

Now just need to find out what became of his father, Mike /Milo Vuko / Vukobratovich.

Wonder if he died in IA, or if family followed him to Chicago. Wish I could see the data on Ancestry for IA State Census.
