I am also looking for Henry Strouse. My "senior" Henry was born between 1760 & 1770 - place unknown. Married Mary Magdalena ?? - date & place unknown. They had at least three children that I know of: Sarah, Catherine & Henry ("junior"). Henry "junior" was born about 1823 in Pennsylvania (I'm assuming Bucks County since I have his parents in the 1830 census). He married Sarah Yost about 1847 & they had at least 9 children that I know of: Jacob, Edwin, Elizabeth (my great-great grandmother), Emaline and, yes, Henry (who was born about 1858), Reading, Dennis, George, & Margaret. Henry "junior" was a boatman up along the Delaware River.

Don't know if any of this is helpful. Actually, I'd like to find out more - like death dates, burial locations, etc.
