you don't know how lucky you are to have family records.
I waited until almost all my dad's family were dead - I had nothing but graves of five generations in one little country church yard.
And one great aunt who could remember quite a lot!
My brick wall is John Webb, 1717, first positive located by Kings Grant in North Carolina in 1765. I think his middle name may have been Turner, because the name has been handed down in the family ever since. I cannot find marriage records for him, or his sons. He didn't name a wife in his will.
What are your scanned records? again, I envy you! could you send me copies, if there aren't too many, and it isn't too much work?
