I am looking for a Jean Keathley, born in 1919 and died in 1968 in California. Her mother's name was Georgia Franchini, maiden name was Wells, born in Ohio. Georgia Wells was married to Richard Hamilton Condie Oliphant and in the 1920 census Jean E(mily ? - Richard's mother's name was Jane Emily) was three months old. I think that she was adopted by the Franchinis. I am related to Richard.
