Best that I can puzzle this together, My grandmother, Alyce Coleman married Randolph Norem January of 1947. Their first born was Karen Ann, most probably born in February of 1947, and then their second child, Paul Randolph, was born in November of 1947. Randolph committed suicide Nov. 14th, 1947 (bad couple of years...), and Randolph was not listed as living at the time of Randolph Norem's (the father) death. Alyce then had another child on June 18th of 1948 and she died 8 days later as a complication of a c-section. (I would assume this is not Randolph's kid). Catherine was the informant at her death and I am thinking that all of the kids where adopted out at the time of her death(except my father, who had already been adopted out).

The obit for Alyce lists her two children and their names, but when we do a nationwide search for their first names and last names as "Norem" they are no where.
