Hello, John Vernhardson/John Leifur was my great grandfather. His eldest daughter, Victoria, was my grandmother. Victoria's youngest son, Robert Johnson, is my dad. I have some information if you'd like to have it I'll be happy to forward whatever I have to you. My husband and I are going to Iceland in August this summer or next. I'm also going up to ND this summer to see family in Fargo and to do some geneaological research in Pembina. I visited there in 1995 for a 50th anniversary party for Victoria's oldest daughter, my Auntie June.
