I have a Nancy M. NORTH that married John E. Hoskin(g) on Feb 3, 1824. They were from VA. She died Oct 19, 1880. They had a daughter , Ann Marie Hoskin, who married Stephen Vaughn Butts and they had a daughter named Mary H. Butts (born 9-27-1850) who married a Mance NORTH. Strange indeed. I didn't know if you ever heard of this Mance North....thanks
