The Frederick B McLean you are referring to, son of Issac McLean and Mary Ann Ferris ( Farris ) is a direct descendant of an Archibald McLean from Kintyre and Loyalist. I have a lot on this McLean line. Also on the Duncan McLean and Hugh McLean lines all of which came from Kintyre to Queens County NB Have fun Peter D
