Few years up and down is nothing to be alarmed about. What else does the 1930 census say? Were they US citizens or alien? Follow up with that for the forms. Have you looked at LEMCZYK Jwan (Iwan) EI manifest? He was from Piantkowa. I did not go and check where is the village Piantkowa or if it is a correct spelling.
