I don't have that particular one, but I do have an Elspet Gordon who was married to a William Garrow, they had a child called Ann Garrow b. 16th May 1774 in Mortlach, Banff and she married John Stephen b. 1768 Inveraven on 05/09/93 in Inveraven.
I think the marriage was also registered in Mortlach in the August as was usually the case. John was my ggg grandfather. Do you think there is any connection. I am waiting for a couple of parish records to come back at the moment from Scotlands people, so I might know more then. Did your William have any siblings ?
