Doug, I am wondering if you know anything about a John D. Stewart of Butler, PA. He and family once lived at 718 West Penn St. in Butler. I found the family in the 1920 census but could find nothing beyond that. Wife: Maud. Children: Eva C, Wilda L, Thomas W, John R, Walter C, Sarah F, and Lillian M. They were cousins of my father Colin and his sister Isobel. Trying to trace their connection back to Scotland families.
