There are none of that family living in Stanleyville anymore.
I will ask around a bit and see if anyone in my family recalls any details about where they went.
I knew a woman, Aileen Farrell, whose maiden name was Killeen, and I think she was from that family. She had a sister who was a Sister of Providence. (It's possible she had 2 sisters in the religious life. For some reason I am thinking one of her sister was a religious Hospitaller of St. Joseph, but I could be wrong.) You could try checking with Heathfield, the Motherhouse for the Sisters of Providence in Kingston, Ontario.

There was a man who went to our church when I was young, and his last name was Killeen. He was blind, I remember. His first name escapes me. I seem to recall he was Aileen's cousin.
My husband's family of Killeens came from King's, County, Ireland. His uncle Gerry has done a great deal of research: http://groups.msn.com/KILLEENKLAN
