Catherine is the daughter of Henry Beighley (son of Conrad Beighley and Margaretta Wiles) and Anna Catherina Milliron (or Muehleisen)(daughter of Jacob Milliron and Anna Otillia Christena).

As there are tax records and census', etc. that place Henry Beighley in Butler Co., PA, in about 1798, it would be a good guess that Catherine(a) was born in Butler Co., PA. If not, the family lived in Hempfield Twp., Westmoreland Co., PA before moving to Butler Co., PA. Henry's family is pretty well-documented. You can go to the USGENWEB Butler Co., PA website, click on either one of the County Histories, and get info on Henry. I don't have any info on Michael Lepley, except that I think that the Lepley's were probably also from Westmoreland Co., PA. It should be easy for you to get info now, as many people are researching Henry's line.
