I have found him in SC and NC he went by the name of Jefferson
he had 6 kids that I know of in TN Monroe co. William born 1847 my gr grandma Maragret in 1840 as for siblings I do not know or who his parents were I haven't worked on my research in 3 yrs just gettin back to it will let you know if I fine any thing ok if you send email to dreamark@yahoo.com
