to believe is not always the truth ;-)
Czernowitz never was named Jurkoutz and is an own district - not the same for Jurkoutz:
german also Tschernowitz; ukrainian Чернівці/Tscherniwzi,Chernivtsi; russian Черновцы/Tschernowzy, romanian Cernăuţi, polish Czerniowce, jiddisch טשערנאָװיץ Tschernowitz

Jurkoutz/Yurkivtsi/Jurkiwci/Iurcăuți/Jurcăuţ is north of Czernowitz and little bit south-east of Zastawna:

Jurkoutz/Yurkivtsi is in the district Zastawna:
Zastawna/Zastavna capital of this district:

Zastavna, Jurkoutz and Kuczurmare/Cuciurul Mic are all close together.
